Incorporate Fast in California
California
is not exactly known for incorporating companies
quickly. If you really need to incorporate fast in
California, however, we can get it done in 24 to 48
hours or so.
The California Secretary of State has
continually been scaling back its business agencies as
budgetary problems decimate the state. The primary
problem is the Secretary of State has been forced to
close nearly all of its satellite offices. As I write
this, the only exception is a small Los Angeles office
that doesn't take corporate filings.
The current standard filing times for
incorporating in the state are 4 to 6 weeks. The
primary office in Sacramento is simply overwhelmed with
work. This doesn't mean you can't incorporate fast in
California. We have arranged for an expedited process
that will get the filing done in 24 to 48 for those
people who absolutely need filings right away.
Incorporate Fast
Now comes the disclaimer. The 24 to 48 hour
period is for business days only. Weekends and holidays
do not count. This service is also only for the
Articles of Incorporation for the corporation. It will
take longer to put together bylaws, minutes, a
corporate book and so on. In truth, you can get by
without these for a short period of time. For example,
if you need to sign a contract with a customer who
demands that you be a corporation [a common
occurrence], you can simply show them the Articles of
Incorporation while the rest of the entity is put
together.
Pricing
These rush filings come with additional
costs, not to mention the fact we have to drop
everything and get them done immediately. We consult
with you on names, shares and so on. We then check if
the name in question is available. If so, we prepare
the Articles, sign them and fire them off to a group we
work with in Sacramento. They then go to the Secretary
of State and hand file the articles with a clerk there.
The next day, they return and await for a decision by
the agency before alerting us. There are additional
costs up and down the line on this filing, significant
costs to us. Given this, we charge a fee of $2,000 for
24 hour corporate filings.
Contact us immediately to get the project
rolling.
